Review by hotel critic
As a history professor with a penchant for exploring culinary cultures alongside historical landscapes, my recent stay at Almdorf Seinerzeit was a delightful revelation. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Christof, whose hospitality set the tone for our visit. Each morning began with the unique Hut Breakfast, delivered directly to our cottage by our attentive host. The smell of fresh bread and local cheeses wafted through the air, a true taste of Austrian culture. The breakfast was not only a feast but also a perfect start for our cycling excursions. One evening, we dined at the Wirtshaus, where the ambiance offered a charming blend of rustic comfort and culinary innovation. I relished the experience of grilling tender beef over embers, guided by the staff who ensured everything was prepared to perfection. The combination of exceptional service, privacy, and breathtaking scenery makes Almdorf Seinerzeit a promising destination for food enthusiasts and history lovers alike. I look forward to my next visit.
